Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by SunCare Olive Branch Concrete, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.
Services Provided
SunCare Olive Branch Concrete provides residential and commercial concrete services including driveways, patios, foundations, stamped concrete, repairs, walkways, commercial work, and masonry. All services are subject to availability and our professional assessment of project feasibility.
Quotes and Estimates
All quotes and estimates provided are based on the information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may vary if project conditions differ from initial expectations. We will communicate any necessary changes before proceeding with additional work.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in your project contract. We typically require a deposit before starting work and final payment upon completion. We accept various payment methods and will provide clear invoices for all services rendered.
Project Timeline
We provide estimated timelines for all projects based on scope and weather conditions. While we make every effort to complete work on schedule, concrete work is weather-dependent and delays may occur due to rain, extreme temperatures, or unforeseen site conditions.
Property Access and Safety
You agree to provide safe and clear access to the work area during the project. We will take reasonable precautions to protect your property, but you are responsible for moving vehicles, lawn furniture, and other items from the work area before we arrive.
Warranty and Workmanship
We stand behind our work and provide warranties on workmanship as outlined in your contract. Concrete is a natural material that may develop minor surface cracks over time. Our warranty covers structural issues related to installation but does not cover damage caused by improper use, natural settling, or extreme weather events.
Cancellations and Changes
If you need to cancel or modify your project, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered or work has begun may be subject to fees to cover materials and labor already invested.
Limitation of Liability
SunCare Olive Branch Concrete is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us directly so we can work together to find a resolution. Any legal disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi and resolved in the appropriate courts of DeSoto County.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
